HAUT is situated on a unique location in the bend of the Amstel close to the Amstelstation, between Amsterdam-South, de Rivierenbuurt en Watergraafsmeer. The 73 meters tall building has a small-scale set-up. The set-up is small-scale, with only two to three homes on each floor. The building is expected to be finished at the first quarter of 2021.

HAUT is a boutique building. Exclusive, chic, modern. The average floor space of each home is approximately 160 m2. Each floor consists of only two or three dwellings. The outdoor areas of all apartments differ in position and size but are mainly oriented towards the South and the Amstel. All homes are finished to the finest detail.

HAUT housing types:

Zuid: Beautiful apartments with a sunny orientation to the south and west and a view of the Amstel. These apartments are approximately 140 m² up to the 15th floor. From the 16th floor, these South houses are extra large (185-226 m²).

HAUT surroundings
Lovely living on the Amstel with all the facilities at a short distance. The center of Amsterdam is within cycling distance.
